The Brothers Young Design was a dream born in New York City, where John honed his craft in fine woodworking and furniture design under the mentorship of Richard Wrightman. After relocating to Los Angeles, he continued to expand his craftsmanship at Thomas Hayes Studio.

With a vision of one day seeing his own name on the furniture he created, that dream ultimately became the foundation and birthplace of Brothers Young Design.
